How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
In High School, attended a Technical College. Started the Tech School my Sophomore year of high school. Been doing accounting ever since. After Tech school, worked as a CFO, then returned to college and from there opened my business in 2003.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Clients tell me that I am different because I take the time to explain, send them information that supports my advice, I look out for their best interest since I try to understand their business and their goals.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Since we are virtual, there are no physical locations. But there is a team to serve you better. Utilizing, video chat, calls, emails, scanning and faxing...no need to leave your office to in order to have a meeting with your accountant.
