We have built over 100 high-end custom homes of every shape and size permitted on Kiawah and Seabrook Islands and we have experienced every issue that could possibly arise from building in a sub-tropical climate. We have learned through experience what works and what doesn't in terms of construction methodologies that allow for maximum longevity for our clients' homes. We choose our sub-contractors locally and very carefully and we monitor their work on a daily basis. They are required to meet our exacting construction standards. We work with a diverse group of architects or an architect of your choice. We have always seen that interface as one of collaboration and mutual respect with the client's total satisfaction as our primary goal. In short, we deliver the home you dreamed, planned and hoped for - on time and with no surprises!
