Our location is unparalleled for visitors seeking easy access to all Historic Charleston venues. Charleston is a walking city and our location does not require an automobile.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Jacobson Building at 19 Broad provides apartments for nightly rental. We offer a large 2 bedroom 2 bath full apartment with King Beds plus a small kitchen. We also offer a wonderful King studio apartment for a party of 2, which can be added for larger parties or rented separately and privately for a couple. Our 3rd apartment is a Full Studio for 2 with Full Kitchen and small outdoor area. These apartments are accessed via an exterior iron staircase. Access our on line booking at 19Broad.com
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
19 Broad Street is our only location.

Exit I-26 at Meeting Street/Visitors Center. Turn right onto Meeting Street. Pass Visitors Center on right. Go exactly one mile and turn left onto Broad Street. Cross King Street, then Church Street. 19 Broad is 1/2 block on your right.
